Timken Company (OH, USA) became a pioneer of so-called Advanced
Planning (APS) in the early nineties by implementing i2 Factory Planner
as the very first customer of now legendary i2 Technologies. It was
Timken, where the installation of i2 Factory Planner, probably
historically the most famous i2 product, was carried out. Now, after
twenty years of experience from the world of advanced planning, Timken
decided to significantly improve its Production Planning system. Hear
what led it to this decision and what is observed by the project
